My parents taught me to listen to my feelings and be honest to mysel. My mentors taught me that only the story that I was very excited about would cause excitement in my audience. The great photographer Robert Capa said, 'If your pictures aren’t good enough, you’re not close enough' Here ‘close enough' for me means to pass the story that I’m working on through my heart.
