Biography

Nadezhda Khramova was born in 1978 in Moscow, USSR. She grew up in an orphanage until the age of five.
1996 — she graduated from the Medical School No. 8 in Moscow.
2003 — she graduated from the Moscow State University of Medicine and Dentistry named after N.A. Semashko.
2009 — she graduated from the Moscow Financial Law Academy.
2014 — she studied Photojournalism at the Art school in Moscow.
2015 — she took advanced training at the Bauman Moscow State Technical University. Defended master of sports in athletics and conquered many mountain peaks.
1996-2001 — she worked as a coordinator at the Gaidar Institute for Economic Policy.
2001-06 — she worked as a medical worker at the City Clinical Hospital No. 13.
2001-07 — she held the position of Head of the Development Department in the IRONMAN Group of Companies.
2007-09 — she worked in the Financial Analysis and Banking Risks Department of the International Bank for Economic Co-operation.
2009-15 — she worked in Financial Analysis and Banking Risks at SMP Bank.
Since 2009 — volunteer at the Life Charity Foundation.
Since 2015 — Photo Correspondent at Rusfond.
Her passion for photography began in 1996 and developed into an in-depth study of alternative photographic processes (cyanotype, camera obscura, wet-collodion process, oil-printing).
Since 2014 — she has been engaged in photojournalism and personal projects, using documentary approaches to interact with and photographically explore processes or phenomena in various locations around the world.
Since 2013 — member of the Russian Photounion.
Since 2024 — member of the Noga Creative Union.
