Year after year, numerous pilgrims visit the Yaroslavl lands to walk the path of St. Irinarkh. To walk, to suffer for the good of the soul, to repent and fill oneself with the joy of life.

To see with one's own eyes, to capture the solemn procession and understand its significance — this is not an easy task. And sometimes unattainable.

Each release of my Leica's shutter is a reaction to what is happening, my response to the fleeting plot in the context of unfolding events in front of me. It is important for me to preserve it.
