Through Misha’s exciting series of photographs, we can take a look at the lives of groups of people living in isolation on distant steppes, adventuring in space and time with the authenticity of documentary photography.
The faces and quiet melancholic moods of man flashing in a prehistoric environment are thought-provoking, the photographer’s personal visions in our rapidly globalizing world.

The Centre for Photography Foundation, within the framework of the 9. Foto Art Festival named after Andrzej Baturo, presents the premiere of Misha Maslennikov’s documentary photographic project “The Don Steppe”. During the month, an exhibition of 70 black and white photographs will be on display at the Gallery of Photography B&B.

8th — 24th October 2021, Bielsko-Biała, Poland

A biennial of world photography. 20 big solo exhibitions by 20 renowned artists photographers from 20 countries from Europe, Asia, America. There was no theme — FotoArtFestival shows work by top artists — document, landscape, portrait, reportage, experiment. Each exhibition was shown for the first time in Poland. Most of the artists came to Poland personally.
