NCU introduces a new member of the Union, independent reportage photographer David Verberckt. David’s interest lies in documenting and working with people whose fates are marred by social and political injustice, often living in societies affected by hidden or bygone conflicts and deprived of basic goods. To promote social responsibility and awareness, to make a difference to the fate of his protagonists, to improve the quality of their lives that have been on the brink of existence, David endeavours to show the stories told to a wider audience.
