Noga introduces a new author-columnist specializing in discovering new names of talented photographers in the contemporary photographic stream.
Bill Shapiro is an American writer who, following the revival of LIFE, one of the world’s premier photographic magazines, has focused on highlighting the work and helping those photographers who are worthy of greater recognition for their visual expression and finding meanings to preserve in the History of Photography of our time.
The first review on Noga recounts the author’s impression of the collective coexistence of independent photo-documentarians of the NCU group.
